Days Like This
There are days that i miss my boyfriend tremendously. And today's one of those days. For no particular reason, he's always on my mind, and i really wish i could just pick up the phone and call him. However, not only are we seperated by a how-many-thousand-miles plane ride, we're also restricted by his national s.ervice. Even getting to hear his voice is a luxury that i cannot enjoy at my whim and fancy.
A msn conversation with him yesterday, revealed how much he really missed my companionship, something i really didn't expect, as he is a very sociable person surrounded with countless friends and neverending plans for the weekends. But after that conversation, i realised how much we both wished we were together in the same place, at the same time, carrying out daily ordinary activities such as having a meal, sharing a drink, walking down the streets etc, which many take for granted, but is a rare and treasured occurence to us.
I miss the little things we share, and the small things in life. However what i am thankful for, is being blessed by such a rare gem, who misses all these things with me, 5000 miles from me.

Heading for my written driving test now. =) Hopefully i past, and i can begin the lessons. hopefully, by next time this semester, i'll be armed with my license. and i'll be able to convert it in Singapore. Can't wait. then i'll be able to accessorise myself with a small car after i start working in Singapore, or Australia, whichever path God takes me. =)
BAH... classes begin next week, and from hence onwards, i'll be overloaded with work. wat a kill joy man. Merely thinking about it sends me sighing. Anyhoo, its been a great few days. I pray that the next few weeks go by really quick and well, and before long i'll be right where i belong. Back with my family, and in the arms of my d.
In the mean time, i'll make the best of perth! =)

Bored with the Blues
Ok im Blue, and im Bored. Ok, maybe im more bored then i am blue, but yea, im bored!
OK... now that that is settled, i can go on rambling like a deranged individual.
Well... they say there can be too much of a good thing right? well, in this case maybe. Im bored, yet i won't want to return back to the mundane rigour of school, and assignments, and meetups, and essays and argh... the list goes on. However, the day does sometimes get boring. Like now. And i am still rambling. hmm...
Anyhoo, i have a driving test to study for and however, i am still sitting here, rambling about how bored i am. To make matters worse. this insane boredom of mine is coming drastically to an end very soon. Classes begin next week, and im going to be kiling myself with work as i have an essay due the second week school reopens. Not to mention the test i have directly after next week. oh noooooo... the list goes on. Now that the harsh reality of how my reign with boredom is coming to an end, i had better head back to being bored, with my d/l of the movie, mean girls, forgive me, i was bored =) accounts for my lack of taste in movies. But hey, bimbotic movies can be good for the soul. =)
Also, im so mad at the postman, he has yet to deliver my portmans pink polka dotted cami! =(
and in the meantime, its back to driving with mean girls!! =)

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today, even though my cotton blazer arrived today in the mail, the one i feared was lost, i still felt so sucky climbing outta bed! and now im having serious disonance regarding the blazer i bought, not sure if i should sell it, cause of its colour. So tell me what u think, if u happen to surf on by. =)
In the mean time, its time to cheer myself up, maybe some coffee....

my pointy black heels came in the mail today. =) it fits nice, but it seems like i had better get them expanded in singapore, esp for the right feet, or else i foresee some really hardcore biting into my feet. And today, i had the most queer ebay experience ever. At around 5, someone rang at the intercom, it rang a about twice, but as none of us at home expected anyone, we didn't answer thinking it was someone playing arnd, but when it rang abt 3 times, i decided just to pickup and check it out, and this person called out my name and said jeans. at first i was pretty much thrown, then i figured it out when he mentioned ebay. -_- They had hand delivered the levis 599 low waist jeans i won on ebay, i paid for postage, and the seller didnt even inform me that they would be coming to my door step. Anyhoo, they fit great, yay! =)

Home Sleep Home
The essays are finally done and handed in. For the next 2 weeks, its more rest. Thank God.
First, before i go on rambling, i would like to heave a loud huge SIGH.
Things have a knack for going wrong sometimes, in the least expected way, totally screwing up my post-essay-cum-exam mood. Messed up my tomorrow as well. ARGH! Even thinking about it makes me feel outta it.
Well, now that i have officially complained abt it, im going to get my butt off its freezing blue state, and cheer up. No point messing up tomorrow. =)
Onward to happier things, retail therapied today. grabbed myself 2 pairs of pants, a pink belt, a cropped cardi, and a brown blazer. The mailman came bearing gifts too. My escada perfume finally arrived, with my white cum pink polka dotted tube. => a perk me up.
in the meantime, its time at last for proper beauty sleep.

Free Willy
One more day to freedom! One more day before im out into the world again, free to smell the fresh air, and enjoy the wind sweeping through my hair. The past three weeks have seen me stuck within the walls of my cozy room, stuck with test after test, assignment after assignment. Tomorrow, the last 2 of my essays will be handed up, and after that im free as a lark. At least, for 2 weeks, and i can't wait!! =)
Right now im stuck wading through my essays, editing and carrying out the horribly terrifying MLA formatting. Taking a 2 minute break before i head back to the hair-tearing experience. I can't wait for 12pm tomorrow. =) in the mean time, its back to media politicssssSSssssss.....
