Unfortunately, the day he gets back, is the day i fly off to melbourne. =( i look forward to his calls though. =) oh yes, dd, if u visit this site, please sms me your shirt, and berms measurements would u? for the shirt - underarm to underarm, laid flat, in cm, and also the length of an ideal shirt, and the berms, just the measurements in inches of the waist. somehow, im a really really bad judge of size!! the tops i bought for d and my bro all turned out too small. i underestimate sizes. =) the only person i can shop for is my sis, as we're almost the same size, especially with tops. =)

A white bag i bought from ebay, by portmans. been looking for a white bag for work, however, this little purchase left me a little unsatisfied... cause one of the straps of the zippers have come off, and there are a few stains on the bag. Guess white bags stain easy. =P just wish i knew how to remove them. tried wiping/erasing them away, did not work... hmm...

Thai Drop Outs
*note: to d, a reflection of us.
Yesterday u finally managed to give me a ring after being in thailand for 3 days, drinking muddy water due to poor suction with the pumps, sleeping with the rain, and running in it, all 6 klic or whatever u boys call it. =)
However, yesterday's phone call only lasted approximately 50 seconds half of which was spent with the phone line dropping off, cutting us off mid sentence. All we got to say in those few seconds was: "D, its u! How are u!" and your reply: "im ok, what's wrong, are u sad?" and the line went dead.
However, these few words, so little, meant so much to me. You had no idea what was going on these few days, and yet, from one mere sentence from me, you could tell, when i didn't even intend to tell u, because i didnt want u to worry. The line dropped off, and u didnt manage to call me back.
Today, u called again, and d, u have no idea how happy i was to hear your voice. in a rush, as quick as i could i recapped everything that happened to me today, and told u everything in a nutshell, which took up 2.5 minutes, and u in return told me the recap of your 3 days, which included the muddy water, and rain bits. =) and after that, the line... again, went dead... however not before i got to tell u i missed u, and hear them back without hesitation from u.
Thanks d... just knowing dd.. just knowin..

Bought a few more things over ebay lately (pics below) =) and this is my favourite. Its a brand new with tags, vintage-looking tapestry bag with brass handles and lace lining the bottom of the bag! i've never seen anything like this in the stores, and i love it! nice??? =)

Thoughts
D has head to thailand for 2 weeks for training, and today's the first day he has been apart from me. i miss him. i know it sounds queer, cause in reality im miles, (ok more then miles) away from him, from singapore anyway. But somehow, i feel closer to him when he's in singapore. now that he's in Thailand, i miss him even more, on top of being worried about him no matter how much re assures me he'll be alrite. somehow my d has a knack of getting himself hurt and into scrapes. the last incident where he was bitten by a snake and concussed for like 2 days? is enough to scare me.
Anyhoo.. im too tired to finish this post... maybe tomorrow eh. hey no, wait a minute i have a presentation to complete, AND rush to the post office. bahhhhh work.

Happy
There are many things in my life i have to be thankful for, and one of those things, is my relationship with d. After being together for nearly 6 years now (we turn 6 on Oct 19), we have our fair share of ups and downs, trials and problems. But one thing stood through it all though, is our relationship.
i strongly believe, a relationship rooted in Christ, is the best foundation for any relationship. and i also believe that the Lord's perfect will, is the best will. I surrendered my relationship entirely into the hands of my Jesus, and not once has He let me down, not once. Sure through these almost 6 years, i have sometimes lost some faith, and started worrying, but even so, My Jesus came through for me every single time.
D spoke to his dad this week, i thank God for opening a way, and though his dad did not say he was against D taking Water Babtism and instead told him to consider for a year or so cause he felt it was a huge step, and that it was worth considering seriously about, he did not say no, and he was not adverse, although tentative. Praise God. I surrender everything into His hands, and i believe in God's perfect timing, He will work in D's family's lives as well.
My Jesus has always been faithful, and always loved me, and filled my life with such joy and blessings, and i thank God for loving me so much, even when i really do not deserve it.
His grace is sufficient for me.
